Tango Travel Booking Policy

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tango Travel. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you, our valued customer, and Tango Travel as a tour operator and travel services provider. By booking a tour or travel package through our website or representatives, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking Process

1.1. Reservation Requests

All reservations must be submitted via our official website, email, or through one of our authorized agents. Upon receiving your booking request, we will confirm availability and send you a provisional itinerary and quotation.

1.2. Confirming a Booking

-A booking is considered confirmed only when:
-A deposit has been received (see Payment section).
-You have received a confirmation email or invoice from Tango Travel.
-Bookings made less than 14 days before the tour departure date require full payment at the time of booking.

2. Payments and Deposits

2.1. Deposit Policy

A deposit of 25% of the total package price is required to secure your booking. For peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter), a 50% deposit is required.

2.2. Final Payment

The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If your booking is made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2.3. Payment Methods

We accept:
-Bank transfers
-Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)
-Online payment gateways (PayPal or similar)
-Bank fees and international transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation by Client

All cancellations must be made in writing (via email). Cancellation fees apply as follows:
-More than 30 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
-15–30 days before departure: 25%
-7–14 days before departure: 50%
-Less than 7 days: 100% (no refund)
-In case of no-show or early departure, no refund will be issued

3.2. Cancellation by Tango Travel

Tango Travel reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, political instability, or minimum group size not met). In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Amendments and Modifications

If you need to make changes to your itinerary after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate you. An administration fee may apply, especially for last-minute changes or alterations that require rebooking flights, hotels, or transportation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover:
-Trip cancellation or interruption
-Medical expenses
-Emergency evacuation
-Baggage loss or delay
-Personal liability
-Tango Travel is not responsible for any expenses not covered by your insurance provider.

6. Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

6.1. Passports

All travelers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of return.

6.2. Visas

It is your responsibility to obtain the appropriate visas for Egypt or any other country included in your itinerary. Tango Travel may assist with visa arrangements where applicable but does not guarantee visa approval.

7. Health and Medical Requirements

Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel and participate in tours. If you have any pre-existing health conditions or require special assistance, please notify us at the time of booking.Vaccinations may be required depending on your country of origin. It is your responsibility to check health requirements before departure.

8. Client Responsibilities

-You must comply with local laws and respect the customs of the host country.
-Any damage caused to hotels, vehicles, or cruise ships due to your actions will be charged to you.
-You are responsible for the safety of your personal belongings at all times.
-Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

9. Our Responsibilities

Tango Travel commits to:
-Providing the services described in your itinerary.
-Offering support before and during your trip.
-Using trusted and reputable suppliers, guides, and transportation.
We are not liable for:
-Delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, or third-party service providers.
-Injuries, losses, or damages incurred during optional or unscheduled activities.

10. Force Majeure

Tango Travel is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
-War, civil unrest, terrorism
-Natural disasters
-Strikes, labor disputes
-Pandemics or government travel restrictions
In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or offer credit for future travel.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any complaints during the trip must be reported immediately to your tour manager or guide. We will do our best to resolve issues on the spot.If a resolution is not possible, written complaints must be submitted to info@tango-travel.com within 14 days of tour completion. Disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of Egyptian law.

12. Use of Website

13. Privacy Policy
